You pay the price at the beginning of the project and then release the payment when you receive the final files. If a bus hits me, you still get your money back.

Sometimes these things happen. If you don’t like the direction of the design, you can opt out and get your money back.
No, that’s a different story. Once I deliver the final site or animation, I won’t issue a refund.
